Francesca Cianficconi graduated in Architecture at University of Rome "La Sapienza" in October 1999. She also had a study experience in Spain at Etsam, Escuela Tecnica Superior de Arquitectura, following prof. Alberto Campo Baeza's courses of design.
Since 2000 she is a member of the Rome's National Registered Architect Association.
From 2000 to 2006 she collaborated with Walter Franchini, personally managing the 68.5 mt MY LADY ANNE for Amels shipyard (Makkum, Holland).
This boat won the SHOWBOAT AWARD "Oustanding achievement in Motor Yachts" for 2006 on 21st June 2007

She was also in charge of other projects: restructuring of the FIAT head office in Rome (Palazzo Orsini)
and the reliefs and architectural studies for the renewal of Lord Byron Hotel (Rome) and Villa Miani (Rome).
From 2006 to 2007 she collaborated with designer Luca Dini and Francesco Paszkowsky and she wrote articles for 'Yacht Design' magazine as a journalist (two articles were published in n°5/2006 and n°6/2006 issues).
From 2007 to 2009, she became an external consultant, then the Interior Design Manager at CNL- Cantieri Navali Lavagna-Admiral where she managed various orders – e.g. 40mt megayacht AQUA (award for the "Best Boat of the year 2008" at Genova Showboat for the magazine "Vela e Motore") – designing the interiors of the new 35mt Tamara (from the "concept" to the executive drawings).
In 2010 she set up her own design firm in charge of architecture and interior design for residentials, luxury apartments and yachts.
